Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Find prospects and leads
- Learn details about our products and services
- Study details of our new product and familiarise yourself with our target audience to facilitate strong interaction with potential customers
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
- Generate leads and build relationships by organising daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients to secure sales opportunities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through proficient communication and regular follow-ups.
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to pitch the company's products or services.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing g, and summarising information.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities
- Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, HND, OND or College
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to work in sales
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to tell a compelling story about a product/brand
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 with commission
