We’re looking to recruit, result-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to manage existing customers, and develop new ones to increase the customer base for overall achievement of company target and improve market visibility.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers.
  • Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue for the company.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success.
  • Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Analyzing sales data and creating reports to present to management.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluent in Hausa language for good communication with customers.
