Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and physical visits.
- Sales & Business Development: Present and sell Cone Group’s IT and ELV solutions, including CCTV, access control, electric fencing, fire alarms, solar inverters, IT infrastructure, and PVC clear-view fencing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
- Market Research & Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Passion for Sales: Energetic and driven individuals eager to excel in sales.Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills: Ability to effectively engage and convince potential clients.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Prior experience in sales is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Location: Must be based in Lagos and able to report to the office daily.
- Tech-Savvy (Added Advantage): Basic knowledge of IT and ELV solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
