Job Title: National Sales Manager (Cosmetics)

Job Summary



The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the company’s goals.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in the cosmetics industry, capable of motivating a team, maximizing sales performance, and building lasting relationships with clients.



Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:



Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential.

Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.



Strategic Planning:



Develop and execute national sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

Set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.



Sales Execution:



Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring team alignment and execution.

Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that boost product visibility and sales.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.



Client Relationships:



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.



Budget Management:



Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.



Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
