Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and present sales proposals, pitches, and demonstrations to clients in line with Real Estate Industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and product teams, to stay up to date on new products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, sales and data analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software (an added advantage).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
