Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market. The ideal candidate must reside around Lekki and Ajah axis.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales growth


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of sales software is preferred
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
  • Experience in the beverage industry is an added advantage
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Reside around Lekki and Ajah axis


Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
