Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

- ⁠- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property market analysis and evaluate market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and present offers to clients, facilitating a smooth transaction process.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, property values, and market conditions.


Qualifications:

- ⁠- Proven experience as a Real Estate Advisor or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real estate marketing and advertising.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or any field.
.OND/HND is also acceptable
