- Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
- Generate and follow-up on leads generated by the company.
- Prepare presentations for potential customers.
- Research competitors, medications, policies, procedures, and market performance to provide feedback that aids company growth and development.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s medications.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Stay informed about new developments in the medical field and the economy to determine their impact on the company's business strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
