Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, telemarketing, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Present and promote the company’s real estate offerings, including properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Organize and accompany clients on property tours and site inspections, providing detailed explanations of features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring all documentation and contracts are accurate and complete.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager, including progress on leads, deals closed, and challenges encountered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Gather feedback from clients and competitors to identify opportunities for improving the company’s offerings and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering loyalty.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback on marketing materials and suggest improvements based on client interactions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years in sales, preferably in the banking sector or real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and resilient attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
