Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to promote and drive engagement with our beauty and wellness products, both online and offline. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will use social media platforms, personal networks, and offline strategies to increase product visibility, build brand awareness, and attract new users. A comprehensive user training will be provided to equip you with in-depth product knowledge to confidently promote and educate potential customers on the benefits of our offerings.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and advocate for beauty and wellness products through personal social media channels, enhancing product visibility among friends, relatives, and coworkers.
  • Engage with both online and offline networks to generate interest and attract potential users, effectively expanding the customer base.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to showcase products on social media platforms, including visual displays, product reviews, and engaging posts to draw attention.
  • Build and maintain a local network by attending events, meeting new contacts, and sharing information on product benefits.
  • Contact potential users through various methods, such as direct messaging, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions, to introduce them to our products.
  • Address inquiries and provide guidance on product selection, ensuring a positive and informative customer experience.
  • Complete the provided user training program to gain comprehensive knowledge about the product’s benefits, ingredients, and intended use.
  • Use acquired knowledge to confidently discuss product features, answer customer questions, and enhance the credibility of recommendations.
  • Organize and maintain product displays for online and offline presentations, showcasing a professional and appealing view of the products to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to align on promotional techniques, share feedback, and continuously improve sales approaches.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles (experience in beauty and wellness is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and an established online presence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Passion for beauty and wellness, with an interest in understanding product benefits and features.
  • Willingness to complete product training to gain thorough product knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
