Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, and keep in touch with customers through phone, email and online chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders and after-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and make sales strategy recommendations for the company.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth orders and delivery.
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of sales experience, especially experience in sales through online platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with customers from different backgrounds.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
