Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and walk-in customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in navigating product options, pricing, and availability.
- Keep customers informed of new products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales/customer service environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and customer service reports for management review.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and customer complaints professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time (Monday - Saturday)
- May require holiday shifts based on customer needs.
- Combination of office-based, retail, or field sales activities.
