Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative/Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves promoting products/services and addressing customer inquiries.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and walk-in customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating product options, pricing, and availability.
  • Keep customers informed of new products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales/customer service environment.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales and customer service reports for management review.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and customer complaints professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


Work Conditions:

  • Full-time (Monday - Saturday) 
  • May require holiday shifts based on customer needs.
  • Combination of office-based, retail, or field sales activities.
