Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attending to customer inquiries In-store & Online i.e Instagram and Whatsapp
- Processing customer orders and preparing them for dispatch and delivery
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Completing any other tasks as assigned, from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc certification
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Be highly patient to handle the influx of customer inquiries.
- Be smart and a fast learner.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced Children's Fashion Retail environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail.
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 80,000 Monthly
