nWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Workcentral. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • .Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • .Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • .Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
  • .Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • .Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • .Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software
  • .Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
  • .Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
  • .Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services

.Requirement

  • sBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • .Proven experience as a Sales in or in a similar sales role
