- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (real estate experience is a plus!).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven.
