The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the restaurant and bar operations. This role involves promoting the restaurant’s services, upselling menu items, handling reservations, and assisting with marketing efforts to increase revenue

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for customer feedback, resolve complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Keep track of daily sales, report trends, and suggest strategies to boost revenue.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Familiarity with using POS systems is an advantage.
