Job Description
• Submitting and processing customer orders promptly and accurately to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinating with the supply chain and logistics team to manage inventory levels and fulfill customer demands efficiently.
• Tracking order status and proactively updating customers on their order progress.
• Resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies in a timelv manner to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
• Minimum requirement for application is a BSc/HND.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Close proximity to work location.
