About Us:

Nearpays, a fintech company, seeks an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you'll drive sales growth, acquire new customers, and promote our virtual dollar card and savings platform.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers for our platform
- Promote virtual dollar card and savings services to individuals and businesses
- Meet monthly sales targets for new user onboarding and transactions
- Build relationships with existing customers to increase retention and usage
- Conduct on-site onboarding sessions for new users as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and processes
- Achieve monthly savings and virtual dollar card deal targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base

Commission Structure:
- Earn commission on savings and virtual dollar card deals closed
- Commission rates will be discussed during the interview process

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (fintech or banking industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer acquisition strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
