Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct monthly stock audits to track available inventory in the beauty supply store.
- Perform stock counting and procure supplies to ensure availability and meet business needs.
- Respond to client inquiries via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls.
- Process orders, book and confirm appointments, and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and expense reports to the CEO.
- Ensure sales targets are met through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Create engaging content and implement strategies to increase followership and engagement on social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
