Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments drive revenue.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.


Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and manage sales activities.


Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products or services and their benefits.
  • Provide accurate product information and demonstrate how products meet client needs.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for improvement.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of HNDĀ
