Recs-Medix is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Female Sales Representative/Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase product sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Generate leads and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market penetration and product awareness.
  • Manage a sales team (for Manager role), setting performance goals and ensuring team success.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report regularly to management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.


Requirements:

  • Preferably female with a Proven experience in sales, preferably in the natural health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and networks.
  • Experience managing a sales team (for a Manager position) is a plus.
  • High level of motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (Manager role requires at least 5 years of experience).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
