The Sales Representatives will be responsible for selling solar products and services, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their expectations and ensuring they receive the right solution. The role involves managing leads, meeting sales targets and maintaining customer relationships to drive business growth.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various methods including cold calling, networking etc.
  • Present products and services to prospective customers in an engaging manner, and highlight features and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals set by the company
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach target sales objects within a set timeframe.
  • Negotiate pricing, and terms with customers to close sales effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales and secure long-term business relations.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND Certificate
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge in the solar sector will be preferred.
  • Motivation and fearless attitude towards sales
