To market and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products brands, manage existing customers, and develop new ones to increase the customer base for overall achievement of company target and improve market visibility.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct presentations and provide detailed information about products to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Drive long distances as required to meet clients and attend sales meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide value-added services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Physiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or Marketing.
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) if applicable.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Proficiency in ICT and good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-confidence, result-oriented mindset, and good managerial skills.
  • Possession of a valid driving license with at least three years of driving experience.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Must be under 30 years of age.
