Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products or services
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution implementation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
• Minimum of OND academic qualification
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimal physical demands, mostly sedentary work
• Work in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities
• Travel to client sites and industry events (up to 50% of the time)
• Work in an office environment (up to 50% of the time)

Nice to Have:

• Industry certifications (e.g., security, safety, and automation certifications)
• Experience with sales analytics and performance metrics
• Knowledge of security, safety, and automation principles
• Familiarity with Internet and cloud solutions
