Job Description/Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at E-SURFERS PARADISE LTD. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm's growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our financial products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.


Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Present and promote the firm's financial services, investment products, and wealth management solutions to potential clients.


Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.


Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the firm.


Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.



Qualifications:


Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services or wealth management industry.


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.


Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.


Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is an added advantage.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.



Compensation:


₦150,000 monthly salary.


Attractive performance-based bonus.
