Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff at AXA Mansard located in GRA. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting and selling insurance products, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Market Research and Business Development
- Proficiency in Customer Service
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
