Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from customers and work on the sales counter.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products by offering knowledgeable recommendations on over-the-counter medications, supplements, and other pharmacy items.
- Process transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, ensuring proper billing and receipts for all sales.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, organize shelves, and ensure that products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience by delivering friendly and efficient service.
- Highlight new or seasonal products, upsell complementary items, and promote special offers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Being Computer literate is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Candidate will be required to work shifts
- The candidate must be smart
- The candidate must be polite and have good interpersonal skills
- Experience in a Pharmacy store would be an added advantage
