We're on a mission to make self-care effortless and aspirational for men across Africa- and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Strategist/Growth Manager to drive our growth!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies to hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel — from lead generation to conversion.
• Track and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Identify and target high-converting customer segments.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing for aligned campaigns and offers.
• Track key metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, etc.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to spot opportunities.
Skills Required:
• Solid understanding of sales funnels, CAC, LTV, churn rate, etc.
• Experience with tools like CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strategy development and execution experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.)
