Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Strategist to lead and drive our sales initiatives. To develop sales strategies, conduct market research, identify sales targets, and motivating the sales team to achieve these targets

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends, and identify sales opportunities
  • Coordinate the group with sales leadership to determine sales objectives and identify customer targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales plans
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, set targets, and monitor performance
  • Identify areas of improvement in sales plans and processes, and make recommendations for improvements across the board
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and product performance
  • Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team and provide support in customer relationship building
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge



Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Strategist or similar supervisory role
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Experience in setting sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or other relevant field
