Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and maintain existing client accounts.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in a sales supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
