Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our manufacturing company. The role involves expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a sales leadership role and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and maintain existing client accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  •  2–3 years in a sales supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
