- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Provide sales team members with coaching, guidance, and training to enhance performance.
- Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing escalated customer concerns and complaints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Passion for Sales in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
- In-depth knowledge of fibre optic or internet services (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
