Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship management: Source and onboard high-value clients and investors.
- Sales Generation: Responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and delivering financial reports.
- Investment Advisory: Provide tailored investment solutions, market insights, and portfolio strategies to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Design and implement innovative sales strategies to drive sales/investment.
- Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify new investment opportunities, and provide recommendations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience experience in financial/investment banking, real estate sales.
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, investment instruments and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
