Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, creativity, and a solid understanding of marketing strategies to successfully promote our products/services.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company benefit.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Manage and update the company’s digital presence, including website content and social media profiles.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for new marketing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and identify potential partnerships.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Additional Skill:

  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique marketing strategies.
  • 4-5 years of experience
