Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to join our client’s real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and developing effective marketing strategies to promote our properties. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets, we’d love to have you on board!

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Showcase and promote available real estate properties to prospective buyers.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost property visibility and attract clients.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, online listings, and social media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property viewings.
  • A proactive approach to lead generation and sales.
