Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including those on social media and search engines.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Conduct market research on rival products and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Identify, target, and convert potential customers into long-term clients.
- Prospect clients through networking and cold calling.
- Conduct client presentations and needs assessments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Track and achieve sales targets to ensure the company meets its sales quotas.
- Oversee daily sales activities, adhere to best practices, and meet performance metrics.
- Prepare, review, and manage contractual agreements with clients.
- Create, analyze, and present monthly sales performance reports on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and sales role; experience with startups is an advantage.
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with strong deal-closing abilities.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong client management, negotiation, numerical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional customer service skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
