Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, fostering a positive team culture and high-performance standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the salon has access to high-quality products and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Beauty Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in cosmetology or salon management are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 - NGN 200,000
