We are a leading SAP Education Partner and IT training provider looking for a Training Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all training programs.

  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire training process, ensuring smooth operations for SAP and IT programs 
  • Coordinate instructors and clients, ensuring schedules, materials, and resources are in place 
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing top-notch support and resolving issues promptly 
  • Oversee training logistics, including class schedules, venue arrangements, and online sessions 
  • Monitor training quality, gather feedback, and implement improvements 
  • Create and present training program propositions to companies 
  • Provide training sales support when necessary  


Requirements:

  • Experience in training management, coordination, or client relations 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders 
  • Background in SAP or IT training 
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling training proposals to corporate clients
