Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire training process, ensuring smooth operations for SAP and IT programs
- Coordinate instructors and clients, ensuring schedules, materials, and resources are in place
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing top-notch support and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee training logistics, including class schedules, venue arrangements, and online sessions
- Monitor training quality, gather feedback, and implement improvements
- Create and present training program propositions to companies
- Provide training sales support when necessary
Requirements:
- Experience in training management, coordination, or client relations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders
- Background in SAP or IT training
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling training proposals to corporate clients
