Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Undertake promotion of savings products.
- Help manage and maintain savings portfolio
- Recording of financial transactions and reports.
- Follow up through regular contact with clients.
- Organize an efficient schedule that will allow regular meetings with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Evaluating clients financial information.
- Answer the client's questions and complaints accordingly.
- Monitor deposits initiated by clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Must have analytical skill
- Good communication skills
