Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Scratch Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with young students and has experience in teaching coding through fun and engaging methods. As a Scratch Tutor, you will guide learners through the basics of programming using the Scratch platform and help them create their own projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons in Scratch programming.
• Teach students to create games, animations, and stories using Scratch.
• Provide personalized support and feedback to students as they develop their projects.
• Foster a love for coding by making the learning process fun and exciting.
• Assess student progress and ensure they gain confidence in their coding abilities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in coding education to continuously enhance teaching methods.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in teaching Scratch programming to young learners.
• A passion for technology and STEM education.
• Strong communication skills and a creative teaching approach.
• Ability to make complex coding concepts easy to understand.
• Must reside in Ikorodu or Ijede and its environs.
• A background in computer science, education, or a related field is a plus!
