Script/Screen writer

Responsibilities:

• Write creative and brilliant script for short (9-12 minutes) films.
• Conduct primary research to understand the characters and other story elements.
• Write the narrative script describing in detail the plot, characters, environment, moods, and dialogues.
• Work closely with the production teams to review and revise the script to fit potential audience appeal. 
• Understand how productions affect audiences and are familiar with current screenplay formats. 

Requirements:

• Have an astounding and exceptional writing skills
• Be able to develop original stories from the topics given,  adapt to existing ones, craft engaging characters, write gripping plots, and create believable dialogue.
• Be fluent in English language 
• Be Professional and serious about delivering high-quality work on time
• Have a creative and thoughtful mind
• Have a deep understanding of the storyline and target audience. 
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills 
• Be familiar with script-writing guidelines and techniques to be able to develop  a script within required deadlines
  
• Possess strong grammar and writing capability. 
• Be patient and motivated at work.
• Ensure there are no legal and copyright issues that could occur with the production of the script.

Duration of work: 1 month or permanent 

Nature of job: 9-12 minutes script daily

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 -150,000 Monthly
