Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception & Client Interaction: Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and clerical support to associates and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the firm’s social media presence by managing content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), engaging with followers, and monitoring online presence to enhance the firm's reputation.
  • Organize Office Operations: Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment by managing supplies, coordinating appointments, and handling any operational tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Diploma in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good knowledge of social media platforms tools and best practices for content creation and engagement
  • Proven experience as a Secretary
  • Front Desk Officer or Administrative Assistant.
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and other office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A friendly and welcoming personality with the ability to handle client and guest relations with ease.
