Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception & Client Interaction: Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and clerical support to associates and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the firm’s social media presence by managing content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), engaging with followers, and monitoring online presence to enhance the firm's reputation.
- Organize Office Operations: Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment by managing supplies, coordinating appointments, and handling any operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Diploma in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good knowledge of social media platforms tools and best practices for content creation and engagement
- Proven experience as a Secretary
- Front Desk Officer or Administrative Assistant.
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A friendly and welcoming personality with the ability to handle client and guest relations with ease.
