Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage office logistics.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
