Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage all incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriateĀ departments or individuals.
- Greet and attend to clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk area and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Provide basic information about company services to clients and visitors.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions while ensuring confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
