We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and adaptable professional Secretary with exceptional multi-tasking abilities and writing skills who will work well as part of the team and also communicate promptly with staff and clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Providing administrative support to senior associates and other team members. 
  • Managing and maintaining calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Sorting, delivering, and preparing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's policies.


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Use of computer and familiarizing with Microsoft packages.
  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc./HND in any discipline.
