Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
- Providing administrative support to senior associates and other team members.
- Managing and maintaining calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Sorting, delivering, and preparing mail and courier deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with the firm's policies.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Use of computer and familiarizing with Microsoft packages.
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc./HND in any discipline.
