Job Summary

We seek an experienced and highly organized secretary for our Abuja office in the engineering industry.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Attend meetings and record minutes.
  • Prepare and develop reports.
  • Handle communications and correspondence.
  • Monitor office inventories and order supplies.
  • Complete administrative paperwork and manage files and documents.
  • Maintain and manage all office databases.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Respond to emails promptly.
  • Supervise administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Abuja (only candidates based in Abuja will be considered).

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
