Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Prepare and develop reports.
- Handle communications and correspondence.
- Monitor office inventories and order supplies.
- Complete administrative paperwork and manage files and documents.
- Maintain and manage all office databases.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Respond to emails promptly.
- Supervise administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Abuja (only candidates based in Abuja will be considered).
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
