Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route messages efficiently and professionally.
  • Compose and proofread a variety of documents, including letters, reports, presentations, and emails, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Transcribe meetings, conferences, and dictations using excellent shorthand and typing skills (minimum speed of 100 words per minute).
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) in a clear and efficient manner.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials, including agendas, handouts, and minutes.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in shorthand and the ability to transcribe dictation accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various levels of staff and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor.


Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
