Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining updated records.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for day-to-day operations.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Initiate and process documentation and permits as required.




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage office operations efficiently.
  • Proficient in office software and other relevant administrative tools.
