Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining updated records.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and seminars.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for day-to-day operations.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Initiate and process documentation and permits as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage office operations efficiently.
- Proficient in office software and other relevant administrative tools.
