Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor store premises to prevent theft, damage, and suspicious activity
- Conduct routine security checks and surveillance of store entrances, stock areas, and customer areas
- Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and store assets
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents within the store
- Work closely with store management and staff to enforce security protocols
- Report and document any security violations or incidents
- Assist in managing customer conflicts or disturbances as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a security role.
- Knowledge of security procedures and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
