Job Summary
We are seeking vigilant, dependable Security Guards to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned premises, employees, and visitors. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Premises – Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of property, employees, and visitors. Keep vigilant for any suspicious activities, trespassing, or unauthorized access.
- Access Control – Enforce and manage access protocols by verifying identification, managing visitor sign-ins, and checking credentials of individuals entering secured areas.
- Surveillance – Operate and monitor CCTV and other security equipment to oversee facility activities. Respond promptly to alerts and investigate incidents as necessary.
- Incident Reporting – Prepare detailed reports on incidents, such as suspicious activity, theft, damage, or accidents, and document daily activity logs accurately.
- Emergency Response – Respond swiftly to alarms and emergency situations, such as medical incidents, fire hazards, or natural disasters, following established protocols to ensure safety.
- Customer Service – Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees, offering a visible and reassuring presence while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Loss Prevention – Observe for potential theft or hazards and proactively implement preventive measures to safeguard assets and personnel.
