Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols and monitor security cameras to identify and address potential security risks.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and provide detailed reports.
- Enforce Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Visitor Assistance: Provide directions and assist visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage.
- Safety Inspections: Inspect and maintain security equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
